Intro

“From the initial emotional memory, the food is inspired by the cooking method of wood in the traditional Chinese stove, and incorporates the concept of food culture and natural purification represented by “carbon” into modern space design. From the large hanging log installations in the entrance and bar areas, the black rock walls and charcoal paintings in the open seating area, and the smoked oak flooring in the open kitchen area, “Carbon” is integrated into the space with a more refined humanistic approach. A large amount of light falls on the green planting and gardening. In the atmosphere of the carbon-wood overlap, people naturally slow down the pace and enjoy the “food” time freely and freely.

Taking human considerations: China is a country with strong economic development and fast pace of life. The original intention of space design is to hope that through the combination of natural elements and natural landscapes, people can slow down and relieve tension. Inspiration: Although the restaurant offers Western cuisine, the essence of human emotions is rooted in memory and life. Therefore, the designer extracts some of the traditional Chinese stove culture and brings it to the modern Western-style dining space with the restrained and delicate way of the East. in. For example, the hanging device with a shape like a fire is made of a discarded mop stick, which is painted with a gray fireproof coating at an angle of 45 degrees. The oak solid wood floor is made of old wood and thick cement bricks used in the old house. The wall is also shaped by the way of manual peeling. “
