Intro

The base is located at the intersection of Rizhao Qingdao Road and participates in the architectural planning stage. The design emphasizes the Bauhaus architectural concept, the large terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass, and the simple structure of the white shape, reflecting the culture and products of the developer everywhere.

Positioning requirements. The interior design extends the exterior of the building and transforms the architectural angle into the design of the interior space. The entrance area is the reception area and the project product area, and the left area is the negotiation area. The high and low partitions form a patchwork space, upstairs. Then it is the VIP area. Because the overall construction is close to the sea, we have integrated the concept of marine leisure in the design style. The gray-colored walnuts on the background wall of the reception desk have been built into a triangular three-dimensional shape, and the blue LED lights are arranged next to it. The wood is warm and casual. LED is like a starry sky and a wave, and the triangular three-dimensional shape is a continuation of the Bauhaus concept. 

The base of the model area and the overall ceiling are all the same concept. Through the appropriate proportion of the fold line, the undulating feeling of the space is formed. The large-area folding ceiling reflects the wave of the wave. The Partition of the negotiation area is an attempt we want to present. Triangles and diamond engravings cover the space for discussion, giving people an open privacy and more focus on negotiating products.
