IPA International Property Award is the highest honor index in the property industry. Its partners include well-known brands such as Forbes Magazine and GROHE(Germany), and its previous sponsors include Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Bentley Motors, etc. The entries come from all over the world. After a rigorous selection process by professional architecture/design juries, "The view from the well" has been selected as the winner in the Asia Pacific Hotel Design category.  This is the third time the project has been awarded the International Design Awards, which will be presented at a ceremony in London in June.
