The overall design is divided into three floors: The first floor area is the lobby reception area, the monitoring room and the staff restaurant and other public areas. The hall is a three-story high-rise area. We re-paint the glass roof of the original architectural design, increase the glass range, so that there is sufficient daylight in the day to set up the overall heightening space, reduce the use of fluorescent lamps, and reduce energy consumption; reception area It is set in the front door area, and the background wall of the reception area is paved with the whole surface of the Ascott marble. The reception desk is shaped like a dark silver white dragon stone, and the acrylic light is inserted. The front desk and the background should reflect the generous feeling. Under the north side of the stairs, we have considered many functions. At the same time, in order to maintain the sense of penetration and beauty of the space, we finally decided to present it in the pool, so that the sound of water and water will create a natural atmosphere for the space, and also consider the relationship between Feng Shui and the bottom of the stairs. Produce greater use and set up a waiting area to allow the VIP to feel appropriate relaxation and understand the corporate culture. 

We designed the elevator door on the south side and the door to the monitoring room. It was laid with silver oak panels and separated by stainless steel panels, making it look like a full-faced theme, extending to the third floor, which is also a The only warm-toned area in the floor space is balanced with the cool pool on the other side. On the east side of the north side of the stairs, black marbles are laid from the first to the third floor, defining the stair space and enhancing the noble feeling of the empty staircase. At each turn, the end wall is the end view. The second floor area is the office area and conference area. This area is the main central area, with various department offices, medium conference rooms, large conference rooms, tea lounges, public toilets, etc. There is a large terrace on the north side, with a deputy general office and a larger department office along the edge of the terrace. Use the glass compartment to introduce good outdoor light, and the curved arrangement on the ground corresponds to the ceiling light trough, which makes the space dynamic, surrounded by the empty area as the main meeting and the administrative department. The large meeting room can accommodate 35 people. The large conference room and the pick-up area are designed with a semi-arc partition wall, black reinforced lacquered glass, and the conference room uses a conference vacant system to effectively utilize the conference room scheduling through intelligent means. 

The third floor is the chairman’s office and general manager’s office. The special part of this area is the part of the pick-up area back to the horse gallery. Considering the area and comfort, the corridor is wider than the second floor. Therefore, a structural column appears, which is covered with a mirrored stainless steel plate in a circular manner. Overall design concept The design concept of this case is simplified and simplified, and the complicated shapes and materials are discarded. It is hoped that the space of fashion, generosity and leisure concept will be presented. The overall color is black and white with warm wood, and the ceiling is modeled after the curved shape of the building.
