Intro

Design plus concept is designed for design, we hope to express the spirit of creation as the central idea of space. The whole space revolves around the concept of Design plus. Through the platform of design space, the team of creative building materials, creative furniture, space design and advertising photography is integrated.

The base is located in the industrial park, and the space is unidirectionally lit, with a height of about 5.5 meters. The original space is the general office space. We only keep the frame and re-plan the entrance. The original entrance line is unreasonable. The entrance of the Z-shaped glass is planned according to the direction of light and the flow line. The reception area is displayed. As a basis for space design, the outer entrance area ceiling is made of recycled wood, retaining the original color and texture, and the ratio of 1/3 is matched with white thick and heavy volume ceiling. The concept of Design plus can be directly felt outdoors. The walls on both sides of the interior reception area are contrasted by different materials. The rough plate-shaped concrete wall surface, the detailed geometric folding plate shape and the minimalist shape of the reception desk allow the space to be deconstructed by the material and the geometric shape. Large-scale street graffiti painting, combining space and art, the ground is self-leveling cement, and the corridor is a designer product weaving carpet. We hope that the texture and spirit of the material itself should be reflected in each other, and the woven woven carpet is properly extended. Flat cement has the function of defining the conversion space at the same time, and the ceiling continues the white geometric modeling background. We use the geometric pattern of the carpet as the design theme. According to the texture, different colors and textures will be produced at different angles. Therefore, we use blue and enamel carpets in Z-shaped collage to continue the concept of elements at the entrance. We keep all new The surface of the brick wall should not be over-renovated. The corridor part is also an art gallery, which reorganizes the smallpox pipeline, scrapes the original wall paint, faithfully presents the original structure of the space, and the other side uses aluminum alloy glass as the office compartment and contrasts the rough feeling of the wall surface. The inverted brick shape is used to treat the brick wall surface and the ceiling structure. 

The office door is scraped with a thin metal sheet. The thin iron sheet will oxidize in the space with the change of humidity and temperature, or the trace of the hand touch. The boundary between the space itself and the time is blurred. The large-scale paintings in the corridors are all created for street trends. What we want to express is the spirit of creation, not the display of art. The design office space distinguishes between the bar and the work area. The space also extends the corridor and the reception area, revealing the original structure and reorganizing the pipeline, supplemented by the iron mesh to cover the important pipelines, and the pillars and the walls leave traces of the demolition. The recycled wood used in the waste market has been selected in the abandoned market. We hope to use the geochemical material as much as possible, while retaining the traces of the wood itself, so that the new and the old coexist. The conference room shelves are made of black iron and purchased with recycled solid wood panels for construction. The black semi-polished water-based paint and the ground black woven textured carpet make the space more quiet. In the overall design concept, we keep the original texture and traces of the materials as much as possible, and also focus on low-carbon production products when purchasing, to avoid over-decoration and decoration, and to observe different details in any corner of the space, faithfully presenting “ Creation is also designed to design concepts.
